What is the difference between the two services?
The surgical guide service covers planning, review, and guide preparation. The surgeon service coordinates an implant surgeon and appointment for a case in your clinic. You can request either service independently.
What do I need for a guide request?
Prepare the CBCT and intraoral scan files, implant details, and guided kit information. The request form specifies the required files and available delivery options.
Can I receive a digital guide?
Yes. The clinic-printing option provides guide files, the planning video, and instructions. Clinics outside Egypt use this digital option with their own guided kit. Printing and delivery are available in Egypt subject to availability.
How are the surgeon and appointment confirmed?
Send the case and proposed appointment. The administration reviews it, assigns the surgeon, and confirms the date with your clinic. Doctor profiles are informational; they are not a direct booking list.
When do I know the price and pay?
Guide pricing depends on the request’s details and available options; online payment follows plan approval. Surgeon pricing is approved after coordination; some surgical services need a quotation. Follow the approved details and payment action inside your request.
Are the services available outside Egypt?
Digital guides are available to clinics outside Egypt using their own guided kit. Surgeon requests are available within Egypt in supported governorates.
Can I start immediately after registration?
Confirm your email first to activate your account, then sign in and choose the service. If the email does not arrive, check spam or use the resend confirmation page.
